COVID and bump on arm?

So right now I’m in quarantine recovering from covid. I’m doing well so far except maybe around day six of quarantine I developed this weird bump close to my underarm. It’s basically a lump under the skin. I didn’t get bit by anything, it doesn’t look like a cyst, it’s literally just a inch long bump?? I want to go to the Dr but I can’t for the next few days because of COVID.

Anyone know what this could be? Maybe a weird immune response to covid or something?
