Could I be pregnant AGAIN?!

Hi everyone so I wanted to jump on here and get your opinion on something. So I have an almost two year old and a 4 month old.. well I've had two normal period cycles since I've had my 4 month old... well I'm currently 5 days late... Don't mean to be tmi but I've had yellow thick discharge, nausea, gaining weight, I breastfeed and my daughter has been acting funny with it, breasts feel heavier and I've had some cramps..... could I be pregnant again?? Very scared and nervous.... what do yall think?

HAHAHA. I ALSO was breastfeeding, told it was “a birth control”, and am now pregnant at 4 months postpartum. It can definitely happen

I got pregnant about 3 months after my first (ended in miscarriage) and then again when she was about to turn 1.
