Hemorrhoid at 24 weeks?!

So, I was having some discomfort having a bowel movement and I don’t strain because it freaks me out being pregnant. But when I wiped, there was a little blood. Naturally, I check myself out in that area and lo and behold, a freaking hemorrhoid the size of a pea.

I’ve never had a hemorrhoid nor have I ever been concerned of one until now. How do I fix this?! 😭
