Grieving Helps Suggestions
I've already made a post like this but I feel the need to post again. It's been 3 months now since we lost Baby ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ there's not a day that goes by that I don't miss my pregnancy. I miss my baby. I wish I could hold him/her. It sucks.
So far, I'm grieving alright. Going through the usual 5 stages of grief. It sucks. I'm about to have a couple days off in the middle of the week, and those tend to be the hardest days for me.
Instead of doing my chores, I stay in bed all day. It embarrassing and stupid. But I can't seem to find the motivation to do much ever because I'm either always working and too tired or I'm always super freaking depressed/anxious, I guess. So I need help beating the grief and finding motivation.
Any suggestions, tips, tools, etc as to what helped you heal a little better/easier/faster. Anything that helped you get over that depression that came after the loss and during grieving?
