Anyone experienced this?

Has anyone ever found something similar to this on their breast? I’m terrified, at first I assumed it was maybe a mosquito bite or insect bite but noticed after a week that sometimes I’d get an electric shock type of feeling that would shoot up from breast to my armpit. Flash forward to last week, noticed another red dot above my nipple. Sometimes my armpit hurts a lot (left) & my breast will occasionally give me the shocking feeling I explained. I contacted my dr already but she was really no help. Last year I had a breast exam because I complained to my dr about that electric shock feeling on my left breast but she did not find any lumps, & said she could not perform a mammography because of my age and because of the risk. Any advice? Help me please.
