Very TMI Pictures (Possible Miscarriage or Chemical)

It's 2 in the morning.. been cramping had to use the bathroom. I felt pretty wet, but my underwear was fine. I wiped before I peed and there was blood... I have been spotting since Sunday on and off and it was pink. It died down Monday and during night it started to spot pink again. Now it's Tuesday at 2 am... and it's red...

And I peed and I saw something like a tissue in the toilet. I'm sorry for the very TMI pictures...

I got a positive Friday and I would've been 4 weeks... I'm so devastated... I'm not in pain and my cramps isn't that bad... it's like a period cramp. I don't know what to feel... my husband and I were so happy... now I'm having a breakdown..
