Hey guys! So I wasn’t “super” active w/ my first but I did do gentle yoga pretty regularly and also I walked a LOT during the last 1-2 months. Over the past 2 years my health has gone downhill, and I have not been very active. I have a 2 year old and I do hair from home (was previously in a salon before baby #1) so I’m not completely sedentary, but I’m not what I was before. Have any of you picked up yoga during pregnancy and has it helped you feel better? I feel like pregnancy yoga would be the best thing to get me ready for birth and also feeling better.
