I have trouble with these things🤥😂

Okay so, I posted this on this app, but I didn’t any answer to my question so I’m gonna post it here too!! Okay so I have pcos and have been having unprotected sex for a year, really got serious with trying about three months ago, and I’ve been tracking my LH for about a month and yesterday like afternoon was my peak,…FINALLY!! I’ve never seen numbers out of like 0.68 before. So does that mean I’m ovulating today? And will my numbers stay high like this until after ovulation is over? Or will they drop before it’s over? I was confused on that. Because someone told me to track when my LH goes back down…what does that mean?
