Meds and firtility

My fiancé and I have been ttc for a few months now with no luck .... he recently was put on quetiapine for his mental health. I read about the drug and it can cause low sperm count... he has only been taking it for 2 weeks and I can already tell his sperm count is wayyy lower just by what it looks like now compared to before these pills...it used to be white and thick... now it's clear and watery ......

Has anyone had their SO take these pills and still are able to conceive? I'm so scared that his sperm count is just like gone now, all I want is a baby and this is making so sad...😭😭
