What shoukd I do take her to the ER or wait it out?

So my 7 week old has had BAD colic for the past week. Weve been handling it so far. But last night she slept from 10pm-3am then I woke her up for feeding/change of diaper. She ate like 3oz of breastmilk in bottle and had wet diaper. She then slept from 3:30am to 8am. This morning her diaper had poop but no pee (line was still yellow). I tried to give her a 4oz bottle of breastmilk and she drank maybe 1oz and refused the rest. I had to force her to drink that 1oz… now shes on my breast but seems like shes comfort sucking and not feeding… what do i do? My doctor cant see her until Saturday. Should I just go to the ER? Should I wait a few hours to see if she pees/eats?
