Hospital visit or no?

Woke up today with what feels like some dull cramps, but they still hurt.🥲 Not to mention from my hips down feels like my legs are going numb, and they just hurt.🥲 Is this just part of the last few weeks of pregnancy or is it worth a hospital visit?

Do they come and go? If so how often ? You can time them with an app.. depending on how often they are you may .. just the aches it's pretty common these last days .. everything hurts lol 😂
