Ashwagandha Root

Hello to my ladies with PCOS struggling with fertility! Just wondering if any of you have heard about ashwagandha root and have tried it with any luck? My doctors appointments just keep getting pushed back more and more so I’ve decided to take the natural over the counter route. I actually think I’m getting my period in a couple days finally! I usually go 3 months without it, then I’ll get it, and so on…sometimes it’s for a full 7 days and sometimes it’s for 3 days…

Does this stuff really work….
