Sack but no baby??

I just got an ultrasound done I should be around 6 weeks but she was only able to see the sack she said she saw something but it’s too tiny to measure. With my son we saw him and his heartbeat at this stage. I’m super worried… has this happened to you?

Every pregnancy is different.  You should see a difference in a week.

Same thing happened with my first son. We went thinking we were 7ish weeks but ended up being only 6 and only saw the gestational sac. We went again the next week and poof there he was! Same thing is happening this time around. We went today and they just saw the sac and something very small beside it. We go again next Wednesday to recheck and hopefully baby will be bigger by then!
