Just had ectopic pregnancy now pregnant again help.

Hello ladies I just had an ectopic pregnancy back in feb & had surgery. I found out a couple days ago that I’m pregnant again. When I had surgery they never removed my tube and was able to save it. Now I’m having pelvic pressure around my whole body but mainly on my left side only when I sit. Could this be another ectopic again or could my area still be sore because I’m pregnant again and my body isn’t fully healed yet ? Can y’all give me your experiences what happened when they saved your tube? My first HCG was 94.
