I'm only 5 weeks why is my belly so big?!

I usually have a flat stomach so being this big is totally not normal for me. My doctor did say with my hcg number tripling that there is a chance of twins. And with my belly being so big already just wondering if this could be a sign its twins also?

Usually in early pregnancy it’s mainly caused by bloat & the only way you’d know if it’s twins is by  a ultrasound .

It’s just bloat. Even if it was twins, they’re way to tiny to make the stomach big. It’s all bloat til 12+ weeks

My friend had a set of twins and one regular pregnancy she said her hcg numbers where about the same with both up until 7/8 weeks when they hit a big spike

I was even bigger then this at 5 weeks.. my bloat was insane, it went down again and I looked normal, but some days it gets very bad and I look huge. Just a wonderful pregnancy symptom, not baby yet
