Internet provider

Okay I'm going to rant.

We have used the same.provider for 2 years and we pay almost $80/month for wifi alone (yes I know it doesn't sound like much but it adds up).

The amount we pay isn't really the issue though. It's the fact that the internet is out AGAIN and it makes TWICE in 2 weeks.

I called the company and according to them they wont get to fix it until the 31st POSSIBLY. I told them that I don't want to pay for something when I'm not able to use it.

I believe I have a right to be upset and i feel like for every day they don't work on it (because the technicians here are lazy) they should waver our bill a little for every day it's not being used

Other providers here are VERY expensive and I'm getting tired of this type of thing
