Miscarriage questions

I suffered from a missed miscarriage at 8wks4dys. We found out by ultrasound that our baby did not have a heartbeat.  I had to have a D&C on December 4th to remove the baby.  I am in recovery from that still. As much as it hurts to think of the future without the baby we longed for I had a few questions about where to go from here. From your personal experience or knowledge of this when do most get their next period and start to ovulate again??
