Red bumps on breast

I have been getting these red bumps on my breasts- to me they don’t look like acne because there is no white head but I’m curious. I did get them checked but my doctor only looked for lumps and I was covered so she never actually looked at my breast. My breasts hurt in general like someone constantly punching them but I keep getting these red looking pimples on them in the same areas they don’t go away and if they do they always come back. Any ideas? I’m not pregnant btw
