What people think of me at work

Can you give me some tips and tricks about how to keep home life as home life and work life as work life please? You know when someone kind of treats you different than they do others or you just have this hunch that there's some kind of dislike from another person and it's kind of eating at you? Well I'm trying really hard to break that emotion or feeling or personality trait or whatever curse it is. I want to be able to come home and relax, not worry about what someone else at work is saying or thinking negatively about me.
