Bleeding...?

Hi! I am 7 weeks pp, and I had a csection. At my 6 week the doctor cleared me, said everything looked great! When I went to the bathroom earlier today, there was some bright red blood on the toilet paper. Not really "spotting", enough to make me think it was my period. I went again later and then it was brown blood. So I'm assuming that isn't my period? Is that normal? Or something you guys think I should worry about?
