My boyfriend and I had sex during ovulation days and we use the pull out method and he pulls out early to completely finish and on the highest day of my ovulation he pulled out and it was on his hand then he fingered me right after

That was two days ago where he fingered me and my nipples have been so damn sore
Like you could touch them with a cotton ball and it's awful
I'm wondering if my nipples hurt because of ovulation and what my chances are getting pregnant
