Does anyone know any good sites that can help with decorating an apartment that you can’t paint or put up wallpaper? The walls are light tan, floors are like tile, but look like someone threw up brown, tan, black particle board and poured resin over it. And baseboards and stairs are dark brown wood. I was wanting to do the living room in a starry night color theme. But I don’t know if that will work.

I’m kinda artsy, and thought about painting a large white sheet to look like starry night and add bits of light tan to it, then hang it up to include the colors of the room... but I don’t know.
