What do you carry in your diaper bag?

Just curious what you carry now that baby’s are getting close to being 1.

I carry about 3-4 diapers, wipes, butt cream, sunscreen(because it's still summer), a change of clothes, a few snacks, 2 unmade bottles of water and a small container of formula, a supply cup full of water, and a couple toys.

Change of clothes, socks, sun block, sunblock face stick, diapers, wipes, rash cream, burp cloths, saline spray, nose bulb, lunch bag with snacks inside, sippy cup and my own belongings.
