HERPES ???

Hey so I was with someone who was hsv (oral herpes) positive back in may, I have had other partners since then but always used protection about 4 or 5 days ago I noticed I started to itch down there so I took a look and saw some bumps they were not red or inflamed over time they started to turn this whiteish color and stick up I went to the doctor twice and it didn’t really help one told me it was just a uti because there was puss in my pee and recently when I went about the bumps she didn’t see anything and just had me self swab myself I haven’t been in any pain really just some discomfort knowing it there , anything would help thx
