Is it to early to test?

Hello, lovelies
I’m in my 12 DPO and got this result today. Don’t really know how to read this. There is a verry, verry faint line in the first week cassete. Could it be a positive and tested to early? Thank you

I cant read it either, (unless the numbers are going by weeks🤷🏾‍♀️) but what I can say is, that test has 2 lines and looks POSITIVE to me. That's all I know lol
