Covid vaccine and medicated cycle

Hello, I took my first covid vaccine on cd10 of this last cycle. According to temps I did not ovulate and my period is 6 days later and much lighter. I am supposed to start my first round of letrozole tomorrow, yay 😊, but my second dose of the vaccine is due Wednesday, which will be cd4.

Has anyone gotten their second dose while taking fertility medication? I am glad I got the vaccine, but I am hesitant to take second dose and “waste” a medicated cycle. Thoughts?
