Is the Newton crib mattress worth it?

We decided to get a cheaper crib (ikea sniglar) & we were going to invest in a more expensive mattress instead.. is the Newton mattress worth it? Is there anything that compares to it?

Don’t have any comparisons but the night I found my baby face down and swaddled i was so thankful I had the Newton. She hadn’t rolled yet and decided to practice at night and got stuck - thankfully all is good!

This was a life saver when my baby girl turned in her sleep while swaddled I bought this off Amazon and came next day obviously stopped the swaddle cold turkey at 3 months but without it I wouldn’t be able to sleep not knowing she had a breathe through mattress

I think so. It has such great reviews. My baby will be in the crib very early on, so I wanted one that I could trust. 
When I asked my baby group , EVERYONE said the Newton. My friend has it too. I got the original one. 
It was a gift to us so it helped financially. But we would have gotten it anyways.
