How do I make my breakfast more healthy?

I’m using lifesum to track my food and I’m having trouble getting better ratings

Specifically this morning it said my breakfast is balanced but I want to know how I can get a better rating for that. I made an omelette with 4 eggs and spinach and had a banana. I’m way too full to eat anything else and everything I had is healthy so I’m confused why it’s just considered balanced and not healthy.

Also it gives you a weekly rating and my score has gone from being around 120 to 99 even though I’m eating mostly in the balanced-healthy range.

It’s confusing though because there was one day this week where for my lunch I ate mostly vegetables because that’s all I had and I like vegetables but it said it was just balanced and not healthy. I’m sure it wanted me to eat a protein too but at the end of the day vegetables aren’t going to hurt me and if everything I’m marking down has a “perfect” face, why isn’t my lunch considered that?

Lastly… if anyone pays for lifesum instead of the free version.. is it worth paying so that you can see the 2 ways you can improve your score every week or is it just going to tell me shit like to drink more water and what not?
