Waiting game...

I have passed ovulation... I pinpointed it with ovulation testing... Now just waiting till my next 1 st day of my period 12/20 to see what happens!!! How early can I take a pregnancy test... At all before my missed period? I'm so excited and so anxious- I don't want to wait any longer lol I haven't noticed anything different with myself so far, but it's all I can think about! Plz send positive vibes my way 👶
