I’m annoyed
Anytime I see someone on here trying to better their lifestyle and eat better there’s always people in the comments like “yeah but fruit has sugar” so???? It’s fruit!!! It’s healthy! What’s unhealthy is added sugar.
Sure if someone had diabetes then they have to watch their fruit intake. But if you’re otherwise a decently healthy person then you can have fruit!
Honestly I’m kind of tired of everyone telling someone they can’t have fruit because it has sugar. Processed sugar is bad because of the fructose. But you would have to eat an absurd amount of fruit to get enough fructose as processed sugar has.
Educate yourself people!!
