Ovulation

Hello ladies. So I took my LH test today and got a peak. I proceeded to wipe after peeing in the cup and saw a little speck of blood and a medium amount of EWCM. I have also been cramping today. Nothing major. Just mild cramping along with a little vaginal cramps (if that makes sense). Is this a good sign or not? because this is the first time I’ve had all of these symptoms during a peak besides mild abdominal/pelvic cramping. I mean even with all of these symptoms because it was peak and I knew it might be peak today hubby and I BD yesterday, today, we’ll BD tomorrow and the day after tomorrow as well. We are trying to get our rainbow baby. Hoping this month doesn’t count us out *fingers crossed*
