Crazy?

Has anyone else recently just turned crazy all of a sudden?🤦🏼‍♀️ I feel like I have completely lost myself and have gone completely nuts. Today just topped the cake, I had told my husband I wanted to go see my mom and that was ok he didn’t care but my mom happened to have plans which is ok. But then I noticed I stepped in dog shit so I clean it off but I go to wash my hands in the kitchen sink and stick my hand in a huge Loogie my husband spits in the sink and it’s whatever but recently it’s like he purposely spits on the sponge 🤢 and he isn’t the one that washes dishes it’s me or my son and I don’t want to stick my hand in a huge loogie every time I go to wash dishes or move the sponge. And so I flipped out I yelled I told him it wasn’t on spit in the trash toilet or down the drain pretty much telling him to clean up after him. But he just brushed it off so I went crazy and was like here have the loogie all over your hands.

Yes I know I went crazy and I understand I could have handled the situation a lot better than I did, so I don’t need to hear how crazy I am. I’m just curious if anyone else is having quite a bit of irrationality like I am.

No I’m not on my period I have about a week till it and I ovulated over a week ago so I don’t think that’s what is going on.
