Possible back labor?

Question

Hello ladies, has anyone ever had twins their first go? I am 35 weeks tomorrow and since 10am today I have had the absolute worst back pain. It has gotten worse throughout the day and I do not know if it could be labor. I have had some pelvic pressure as well but nothing major. I know that I haven't been having contractions today but this back pain is horrendous. 
Both babies were head down at my last ultrasound in August.
Any ideas?

I had twins my first pregnancy! I also had HORRIBLE back labor at 34-35 weeks with my twins. I went to L&D for it, and they did confirm that it was back labor, but the contractions DID NOT open my cervix any, so therefore I wasn't in active labor :/
