Ectopic treated with MTX and pain in tube

I had an ectopic in March which was treated with MTX, so I still have my tube. However, around ovulation and the TWW I always have like twinges of dull pain on the side the ectopic was on. I had an HSG and my tubes are open but even the HSG hurt worse on the side the ectopic was on. Part of me thinks I just have anxiety and I’m crazy, but has anyone else felt like this? I know people that got their tubes removed say they feel pain on the side but I haven’t really heard of people that still have their tubes having pain.
