Positive Pregnancy Test But cramps

I checked with a doctor and informed her I be having cramps, she said it’s normal. But I only get it in certain positions is this normal. Theirs times were it feels like i pulled a muscle type of feeling on a scale of one to ten it’s like a 5-6 but its random cramps. I have my ultra sound the 27th of this month. But I don’t have insurance yet. I’m trying to apply also need help with that too. But is my cramps normal. It’s random only when I’m laying down it happens.
