Emotional breakdown

So we were ready to go out after so long to eat and take my son to trampoline park but he started crying after just 4 minutes of being in the car and wouldn’t stop crying straight for 30 minutes we came back home and he’s sleeping right now and my husband went alone to get some grocery stuff and I’m crying like crazy I was really ready to go outside of the house after so long. I’m 11 weeks pregnantand just so depressed I just don’t like being in the house 😭😭😭😭
