TTC after a loss

I am a little confused this evening… I had a miscarriage at the start of august at 6 weeks which self completed with no medical intervention necessary. I had bloods taken the week after (about 3 weeks ago) and the GP indicated my levels were low (10) I must admit, we haven’t been super cautious these past few weeks but not trying to fall pregnant - I was kinda expecting to get my period today and it didn’t arrive / I have been getting some symptoms of period or preg that I noticed so decided to do a preg test that caught me off guard saying I’m pregnant but very low levels / faint line… is it possible this is picking up levels from my loss ? I didn’t think that it would be able to detect that low and now I am very confused - any advise or tips before I get too excited?
