Negative test possible implantation bleeding?

Ok ladies, I triggered on Friday August 20th. I’m 4 days late on my period and still negative. I woke up Saturday and when I wiped I had pinkish blood. So I thought my period was coming. Nothing since. I took a pregnancy test today and still negative. I have been extremely nauseous and dizzy. Feel like I’m going to throw up. My boobs are full and sensitive. Is there a chance I’m can still be pregnant? I emailed my doctor but with it being the holiday I won’t hear anything till tomorrow.
