Could I be pregnant

I’ve been trying to conceive for the past 5 months with no luck. This last month I’ve decided to stop tracking everything and just let it happen. BIG REGRET. I am a CD 28 no sign of AF yet. On CD 24-25 I had strange cramping, not usual AF cramping and it was on one side only. My nipples have been extremely sore for the past couple of days. I boobs are never really sensitive before my cycle. On top of that I’ve been very emotional, just been crying out of nowhere. I’m too scared to test. I don’t want to see a negative. Any advice?
