Menopure & Ganarelix bleeding?

Hi, anyone here experienced bleeding during stimming? This is my first IVF cycle and I have now a full flow of AF like bleeding.

On Menopure 225iu /day and Ganirelix 250mg/ day for 4days now.

U/s today didn’t show anything out of the ordinary and doctor flat out said that he had no clue where I could be bleeding from. That’s not putting my mind at ease…all the numbers were good that came back from the blood tests today.

Anyone experienced this? Please, help. It makes me so concerned.
