What’s the worst thing to hear from the doctor

I was 11 weeks and a day when My doctor told me he no longer heard a heart beat of my baby. He also told me that he or she stopped growing around 6/7 weeks,

I’m currently heart broken and I’m on leave until I fully recover from the miscarriage. I was prescribed a pill called misoprostol, was told how to use it.. Saturday 26 August 2021, around 8:30ish I gave birth to my little Angel👼

I wanna add that this was the 3 ultrasound I gone to in less than a month and was going in every 3/4 days for blood 🩸 work.

Question I ask to myself;

Did my doctor already know? Was that the reason I was going in after 9, 10 & 11weeks ultrasounds ?

Was my baby okay?

Why didn’t I get to see my baby those times?

Why was the screen always turn away from me?
