Please help! Ovulation and high LH levels after stillborn

Hi

Unfortunately my son was still born back in July and my husband and I are thinking of trying again starting next month so I thought I would track my cycle this month to see what is going on and get a better idea for when we start trying.

I am on my last day of my period (cycle day 5) although it is just spotting and one of my apps said to start testing LH today too which I did.

My question is: is this too high for my first ovulation test? Surely it should be very faint at this point in my cycle - pre pregnancy I was ovulating around day 21.

When I have looked it up it has said high LH means there is something wrong with my ovaries but I was wondering if anyone else had this after a miscarriage or stillbirth?
