Am I an asshole?

My mom and sister thinks it would be a good idea for me to paint something since my sister will be having a baby soon. I’m not very good at painting and I don’t really want to paint anything to begin with. What’s the point of doing painting something if it’s going to look terrible? I guess it comes from the heart and that’s enough for them, but it’s not enough for me. And again.. I don’t want to paint. I kind of gave up on it a while ago. I feel like a jerk for not really wanting to paint anything for my sister. Am I an asshole?
