I am scared because i am 10 weeks and the all day nausea and vomiting is killing me and a few weeks back i stopped taking my prenatals. Should i worry badly ? I dont want to harm my baby but i eat a few meals atleast its just that i cant stand the symptoms and its so hard for me to take my prenatals
