Has this ever happened to you?

I'm 29 weeks ever since this week started I get sore stomach a lot, feel huge, when I lean forward my whole stomach gets hard and it hurts, and now I'll be fine until I feel baby move up a lil then I get the sudden urge to puke (haven't yet). What could it be? Baby moves less but I know that's because shes getting cramped. When I poke her she moves so I know she's okay.
