Caldean ** please read description

Pronunciation: Cal( as in Calvin)- Dean

Nn would more than likely be Cal

My husband and I are having our last child. And if it's a boy we have several family members we'd like to possibly name him after. Cal being one, and dean being another. We plan on using Joseph as a middle name. My husband came up with this mash up and I'm not sure how I feel about it. I don't hate it by any means but I have reservations about it. He's absolutely in love with it, and I'm just not sold that it won't be a name that is suiting or that he won't be teased for. I suggested doing 2 middle names and DH wasn't going for It.
