Is it safe to get the covid vaccination at 26 weeks?

I get so sick even when taking the flu shot every year and I’ve put off getting the covid vaccine but I’m just so scared of the outcome. My OB says there are 7 women who just delivered who are in the ICU and 3 babies in NICU with covid. Idk what to do and I’m terrified.

Listen to your doctor. Not delusional, entitled women who only care for themselves and will not be there for you if you happen to get covid. It’s safe and effective. I got mine at 15&19 weeks, I actually had no reaction and I get a bad reaction to the flu shot as well. I only had a bit arm soreness and that was it.

If you get symptoms following the vaccine you won’t feel as bad as you and your baby will in ICU/NICU.

It sounds like covid is really active in your area right now so the likelihood of you getting it is high. The vaccine isn't going to put you or your baby in the ICU, so I'd definitely go with the vaccine.
