Hey, I’m pretty sure this isn’t the right group to post this question in but I don’t know which group 🤷🏽‍♀️ anyways, are there any moms who had a preemie baby and received ssi for their baby? If so, once they were discharged do we have to send in documents letting social security know your baby is discharged? Or does the hospital do it? I ask because I was told once my baby gets discharged from Nicu she will be able to collect more money for social security. Since she was in the nicu she only qualified for $33 but was told once she’s discharged it will be a lot more, I just can’t remember if I had to send in anything now that she’s home. If anyone can help me out I’d greatly appreciate it!!!!
