Contractions??

I’m 35 weeks, 36 on Friday and I’m feeling very uncomfortable… I came home from work just not feeling well. My stomach was very achy. So my fiancé ran me a bath. Once I got out I laid in bed now I’m getting these sharp pains throughout my whole belly and getting very nauseous, baby’s not moving during these pains. They’re not timing perfectly but after a sharp sharp pain my whole stomach feels sore not just my lower abdomen. What could this be?? Just a upset stomach or contractions?? I have my appt tomorrow morning. New mom here!
