Uhhh help

So I got my nose repierced 2 weeks ago after having it pierced for 6 weeks, taking the piercing out for 2 weeks, and then repierced 2 weeks ago

I got my stud changed to a hoop by my piercer this past Saturday. The past 2 days I have noticed a swollen bump around the penetrated site, and it started hurting last night as I cleaned it.

I clean it with warm water and Gold Dial soap, as my piercer told me to do.
